What about weather system on planets

Testing and prototyping with basics weather systems, which I aim to implement on planets. It is a bit more challenging than initially thought, as I aim for 3D looking clouds, as well as cast shadowing. Which is not working out of the box as desire. But playing with few tricks, solution may be eventually found, which I think I did. But before putting on main project, I need make my weather system modular and easy to maintain via code, so it can be later scripted as desired. As of now, basics example only considers lightnings (lights, no strikes), shadow map, and some 3D rain spot area. Rain would need to follow camera, and yet facing right direction, as well as not to rain, where is no clouds. Unfortunately no sound at this stage (rain, wind, thunder)
